Szechuan green beans

I love trying different things to make veggies more fun and why not spicy too? 

Here’s a spicy twist on green beans 

Ingredients:

Container of fresh Green beans

1tbsp coconut oil 

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup water

Garlic salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp Szechuan sauce

   
  

Add green beans, coconut oil water and soy sauce to pan (I used a wok)

  

Cook covered on med-high heat for 15 minutes
  

Add garlic salt, pepper and Szechuan sauce. 

Enjoy!
